Return Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-printed or personalized tape (due to the nature of custom production)

• Used or opened rolls of tape

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at customsealtape@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
